Adam Lambert erases the borders – MONTREAL – When we met Thursday morning, Adam Lambert was in remarkably good spirits. The flamboyant, glammy pop star, who was the runner-up in the 2009 edition of American Idol, is on a promotional tour talking up his sophomore album, Trespassing. And he says he’s really digging the reaction he’s been getting in Canada. Canada has “a different mindset,” said Lambert, sitting on the balcony of a swanky suite at the W Hotel. “You’re more open. Fans Get Feisty At Cancelled WYRK Buffalo Show – Fans of the Eric Church smashed chairs and threw bottles and cans after his planned concert at country WYRK Buffalo, N.Y.’s Taste of Country concert was called off Friday night due to bad weather, according to the Associated Press. The Buffalo News reports organizers of the station concert decided to halt the multi-act show at around 11 p.m. after strong winds threatened the stage at Buffalo’s Coca Cola Field. Darren Criss Replaces Pink for Obama Fundraiser Performance – Pink, who was scheduled to perform a LGBT fundraiser gala for President Obama in Los Angeles on Wednesday, may not be able to attend because of illness, a member of Obama’s campaign finance committee said Monday.
