Cape Cod homegal Siobhan Magnus is on oh-say-can-you-see duty tomorrow night at the TD Garden, while Jordin Sparks will be on deck for Game 4 Monday night. Hope they bring the Green some luck! Carrie Underwood’s Nashville Predators Night

Enjoying an evening of sporting action, Carrie Underwood was spotted at the Nashville Predators’ hockey game last night (May 5).

The “American Idol” alum cheered for her husband Mike Fisher and the home team, however, in the end the Vancouver Canucks emerged victorious with a final score of 4-2.

Carrie Underwood Spared As Canucks Green Man Torments Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman in Nashville

Carrie Underwood has been spotted in the stands on a near-nightly basis, cheering on hubby Mike Fisher. At Game 4 against Vancouver, country music star Keith Urban and wife Nicole Kidman were spotted in the company of unfamiliar person in the country music scene: Green Man.

That’s right, the Canucks’ unofficial mascot allegedly made the trek to Tennessee to cheer on his ‘Nucks. The Gumby descendant managed to get a spot right near both Kidman and Urban. Underwood, however, was nowhere to be seen.

Patients Watch ‘Idol’ with an Idol

ATLANTA, Ga. – Young patients at Children’s Healthcare of Atlatna at Egleston got the chance to watch Thursday’s American Idol results show with a very special guest: former Idol contestant Kellie Pickler! She signed autographs and performed at the viewing party at The Voice, sponsored by FOX 5 and Kicks 101.5.

Gokey’s life since ‘Idol’ days mixes music and charity

It’s a passion, ” he said in a phone interview with the Dothan Eagle. “I developed a passion for this while growing up in the church … I know what it’s like to be rock bottom and have people come and give me a helping hand.”

He established the Sophia’s Heart Foundation in memory of his late wife. The organization helps families by providing GED tutoring and life skills programs, including financial education and job search training. Located in a donated 77, 000-square-foot facility in Nashville, Tenn., the nonprofit organization also offers after-school music and arts programs for children. Those programs include contemporary dance, audio and video recording, engineering classes, fashion design and choir. During last year’s Nashville flood, the organization was able to assist as many as 450 homeless families with medical needs, emergency relief and supplies. The current facility, donated when a temporary location could no longer be used, took in its first homeless family in January.
