Paula's was a train wreck but I still enjoyed watching it, same with the Lohan show, and I love Kathy G's Life on the D List. I'm curious about Kim C's as well, though I might hate it in the end. I couldn't watch Denise Richards at all, or the Kardashians. But I enjoyed Fantasia's movie for what it was, and she has a rags-to-riches story and young-single-struggling-mother-with-talent story that can be compelling if handled right.

To me, to survive those circumstances as a young, uneducated, functionally illiterate, single mother statistic with your dreams intact, is nothing short of a miracle. To rise from that point and actually achieve those dreams shows the world you are made of some very tough stuff.

That’s what I think. I’m not into urban music or the whole hiphop/rap scene, at all, but I respect Fantasia for her talent and her gumption to get ahead and be a survivor. The reality show though will be a wait-and-see for me. Could be a train wreck, could be interesting, depending.
