Maybe not heavy rotation, but I hear it a LOT. I know it's crazy but I wonder if they just put ALTNOY out too soon and it backfired? I don't get VH1, though. It doesn't make sense to ignore the followup to a video that dominated the Top 20 Countdown for so many weeks.
