SIMON Cowell might be a miser when it comes to praising X Factor hopefuls but he’s generous with his money.

The star has splashed out £3million on a dream home for fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy – and £4million on one for her parents.

X Factor creator Simon stunned Sayed and Mary Hussainy by giving them a four-bedroom house in Los Angeles, two miles from his £13million Beverly Hills mansion.

My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding: Simon Cowell planning to take hit show to U.S.

He hasn’t even started filming the first American series of X Factor yet, but Simon Cowell is already set to take another hit UK TV show stateside.

The music mogul is in talks to take the controversial documentary show My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding to America, according to reports.

The 51-year-old is said to have already met with television executives about the possibility of taking the show across the pond to the U.S.
