Well, there are definitely those in the biz who DON’T like him, but, IDK, from everything I seem to hear, I’m pretty happy with the calibre of talent that DOES like him. Not bad praise!

Ok, this is why I am actually holding out a bit of hope for Adam to appear in some kind of movie/tv show – however small. I have a feeling his peeps are working on it for him, because they seem to want to take that whole “multimedia” approach with Adam anyways (not to mention, more focus on higher profile gigs). So hopefully something will come up this year for him!

So much so that I’m willing to overlook the bagged milk thing. Well especially as I don’t use milk except in my tea, so there’s that.

Bagged milk? I haven’t seen that for years. Are you pro or anti? Canadians switched back to jugs and cartons years ago. Really, it was for practical reasons. If you freeze a 4 litre (about a gallon) jug of milk, you can use it as an emergency replacement rock for Curling. Goodness knows we can’t survive without our Curling stones.

Thanks, didilynn, for the info and invitation. I decided to book a flight into Palm Springs. The extra money made sense when I compared driving 20 miles to driving 100 miles. I can spend the extra time I am saving in the casino. I probably will meet you guys for dinner, too. Even though I know other Adam fans I don’t really know any who are quite as…umm…focused as I am so it will be nice to connect with like minded people, LOL.

yeah probably more relaxing to fly into p.s. – I have to drive 1.5 hours (Santa Rosa to Oakland), then fly 1.5, then drive another 1.5, and both ways! I am staying 2 nights though, visiting/staying with an old friend in p.s. Sunday night.

I’m flying Oakland to Ontario on Southwest – it was the best deal. Some of us are going to the buffet restaurant at the casino at 4 pm (when they open as all restaurants there are all booked) – you’re welcome to join us, just show up. But hurry up and find a hotel room, those are filling up.

Thanks, Mary102, for the reality check. I go to shows by myself here all the time. It really isn’t that much different to do it out of town especially when I will be with so many people who share my same interests. Hope I get to meet lots of new friends.

Oh and of course Bryan Singer isn’t chopped liver, though I still haven’t forgiven him for the X-Men films, but then I’m a huge, geeky, purist.
