Simon Cowell feels like the “proud daddy” of the reinvigorated X Factor – Music impresario Cowell said he was hugely impressed by the efforts made to reinvigorate the show, which flopped in the ratings last year. Producers have brought back the audition room and introduced a brutal game of musical chairs into the boot camp stage. They have also done away with the endless sob stories and let the show be all about the singing. He said: “It would be so easy after 10 years of X Factor to get lazy and make the same show again. These changes feel fresh and fantastic. “Once again I feel like a proud Daddy.” X Factor UK premieres tomorrow! Mateja will be covering it here, as always! – Read more at Mirror.co.uk

Simon Cowell & Lauren Silverman: Italian Dinner Duo – Taking a break from their busy lives, Simon Cowell took his girlfriend Lauren Silverman on a romantic dinner date in London, England on Thursday (August 29). The “X Factor” hunk treated his soon-to-be-babymama to a delicious meal at the Scalini Italian restaurant in the trendy Chelsea neighborhood, and there were plenty of public displays of affection along the way.
