Idol Headlines for 11/24/14

Tonight, it’s the first part of the Dancing with the Stars two night finale! Watch the final four stars dance, beginning at 8/7c PM on ABC.

The Voice finals continues with performances from The Top 10 and a slew of guest mentors, including Diana Ross and Meghan Trainor. Tune in at 8/7c PM NBC.

The Hallmark Special Home For the Holidays airs tonight at 8/7c.

The special features a bunch of Idol alums. Blake Lewis posted a message and photo to Facebook:

Chris Evert charity tennis tournament sports big stars – The three-day event drew about 7,000 people, some avid tennis fans and others who wanted to see their favorite celebrity take center court in the Pro-Am or sign autographs at a booth. “I flew in from New York and I drove from Tampa to see David Cook,” said Grace Calculli, 44, referring to the “American Idol” Season 7 winner. – Read more at The Sun Sentinel

Tennis served with a volley of funnies at Evert charity event in Delray Beach – Lovitz, the former “Saturday Night Live” cast member, served as the chair umpire for a doubles match Sunday morning that included 2007 American Idol winner David Cook, then played in a pair of doubles matches, teaming with Evert, later in the day. Lovitz later kept Cook from concentrating on serving a key point with a string of one-liners. Constantine Maroulis’ injury almost kept him out of ‘Rock of Ages’ – The singer stopped by the T.J. Martell Foundation’s 11th annual World Tour of Wine Thursday night at Capitale downtown before heading to the Broadway show. Maroulis tore his calf muscle in October while performing in the play, and he accidentally stumbled on his way out of the event, joking, “I can’t hurt myself again!
