The Billboard Chart isn’t wrong.

Cook had a 20% decrease in sales this week, hence he is falling on the Hot 100. However he is getting airplay on the AC and Hot AC formats–that’s why TOML is climbing the AC charts.

Nevertheless, it is better than last week (no doubt thanks to SYTYCD) and it looks like Cookie is holding relatively steady.
