Dancing with the Stars Explains Why Head Judge Len Goodman Will Miss a Few Weeks – On Tuesday night’s results show, host Tom Bergeron revealed to audiences that Len Goodman will miss a few weeks of the ABC reality dancing competition series to fulfill his commitments as head judge on Britain’s Strictly Come Dancing. But although Goodman, 72, will be M.I.A. for the following weeks, he assured both the dancers and viewers that he will “be well-informed of what’s going on.” “It’s difficult to fly every week there and back,” Goodman explained. “I’m going to miss it because I’ve enjoyed so much watching the progression. But I’m going to be well-informed of what’s going on. Make sure that – it’s a ballroom dancing competition, it’s not all about razzle dazzle. Show us some proper ballroom dancing.” – Read more at People

Adam Lambert has the X Factor – The 34-year-old singer recalls the exact moments of his American Idol audition in 2009, where he performed Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody to then judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson. “I kept remembering what it felt like to be in their shoes, to walk into a room and be nervous, to be hopeful and have all this pressure on yourself to do well,” Lambert says by phone from London, where he is rehearsing for the Queen + Adam Lambert tour. “I was 27 when I did my audition, so I auditioned a lot later than a lot of the other contestants (on Idol). I kind of relate to that idea that they’ve been watching the show for many years before they were finally ready.” – Read more at au.news.yahoo.com

Survivor Host Jeff Probst on ‘Old’ GenXers and Surprising Millennials – Considering the theme for the latest season of Survivor is Millennials vs. Gen X, it would be understandable if host Jeff Probst, 54, found himself a tad biased. “I’m a Gen Xer myself, so initially when I saw the Millennials, I was like, ‘Look at these cute little upstarts; they have no idea,’” he says. But that mentality proved to be short-lived. “As the show got going, I realized that it was the Millennials I had the most to learn from. With the Gen Xers, I found myself thinking, ‘Do I sound like you guys? Because you guys sound old!’” – Via TV Insider

It’s been one of the most painful things I’ve ever had happen to me, I think maybe the most. ‘Cause every time we’ve had a rehearsal, we’ve had to stop and it’s like bone-to-bone, it’s like a knife, just going all over…I couldn’t do the steps, so we had to go visit doctors, we spent the night at Cedars Sinai…but we did it. We did it,” she told E! News’ Sibley Scoles. – Watch the Video at E News
