I’m waaaay late to the party. I was out of town and then had out of town guests! Still do, actually. However, I want to echo the sentiment put forth by all the other commenters and thank MJ for the wonderful job she does. Not only do I enjoy the lively and mostly respectful conversations, I also appreciate the hard work that goes into all the videos, pics, news and recaps.

Thanks to Kirsten, too, for all the stats. It’s nice to have a convenient place to find them instead of hunting them down on the net.

I can’t wait for the new season. I gotta get my laptop fixed so I can be in chat! Oh, and MJ, anytime you need assistance, I am happy to help. It’s the least I can do for all the enjoyment I get from your blog. Thanks again.

Happy New Year to MJ and all fellow addicted readers!!! Every single time I come to my computer I check my email and then come here – love to read all the Idol news. Thanks for adding SYTYCD, DWTS etc and having the pools. It is so fun to have somewhere to come where I am not considered “crazy” since I like all these shows. I have finally learned to keep my mouth shut around work and friends as they just roll their eyes at my obsessions.

I am looking forward to the Season 8 and to seeing DC and DA appear on the show (and maybe even Taylor – shock of shocks if it really happens).

Thanks to MJ for all her hard work and to others too. I enjoy the videos, recaps, stats – not the fanwars so much.

Hope 2009 is good to all of us!

Nostalgia: I remember a few years back when you were not allowed to say “MJ’s” on the AI boards. We had to come up with unique ways to say it because even M J would get us in trouble, lol.

Happy New Year MJ, and to all at the best damn idol blog in cyberspace! It is such a fan place full of witty, intelligent people, lead by the greatest idol blogmistress. I enjoyed just reading for almost a year, and then just couldn’t help myself. It’s a great way to enjoy idol in all of it’s wonderful cheesetasticness! I look forward to enjoying season 8 on this extraordinary blog. Thanks for running a tight ship MJ, it makes the experience rewarding.
