I have said that I was “baffled” by the number of Alli votes a couple of times in these posts. But not really. Very little has to do with the quality of her performances. She undeniably is a prodigy, rated as best by some independent critics, probably more than any others ‘cept Adam ( but higher than him on occasion) until this last round shaping up the finals It has always been that she is a long shot to win, or rise this high in the contest. I could be wrong about him singing backup but I am almost positive he did some. I’m pretty sure he sings some backup on some VR stuff but again not positive. His solo album was called Slash’ Snakepit, although I was wrong to call it a solo album, it was really a band called Slash’ Snakepit.
