There was so much footage to pack into last week’s Glee Christmas Extravaganza, that some really good stuff was left on the cutting room floor.
One of those lost scenes, features Santana (Naya Rivera) singing a sultry “Santa Baby” as she helps a hapless Finn (Cory Monteith) choose a Christmas present for his girlfriend Rachel (Lea Michele). We find out in the episode that gift was a set of earrings (which the couple eventually return in order to give the money to the homeless).
Ms. Rivera is as flawless as ever as she works her charm on the jewelry store clerks. Of course, we know she’s really thinking about her Brittany (Heather Morris) as she drives the guys wild.

Also left on the cutting room floor? A scene featuring Blaine (Darren Criss) giving Kurt (Chris Colfer) a homemade promise ring. Sadly, we’ll have to wait for the Glee Season 3 DVD to see that sweet moment.
