Glee Season 4 Spoilers: Rachel and Kurt Will Be…

Rachel (Lea Michele) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) will soon be roomates in New York City, according to some new spoilers from Vulture. In a visit to the set, the magazine got a tour of their spacious loft with exposed-brick walls, situated somewhere in Brooklyn.

More spoiler stuff:

  • Mr. Schuester’s apartment has been taken down for the time being, and McKinley’s teacher’s lounge has shrunk in size. The adult’s stories will be scaled back to make room for the kids.
  • Finn (Cory Monteith) and Santana (Naya Rivera) will be used very sparingly in the first 4 episodes.
  • The rest of the graduates won’t be back except for holidays and special occasions.
  • Vulture watched Lea Michele perform a “slinky” version of Britney Spears’s “Oops! I Did it Again.”
  • The choreography in the number, with love interest, Brody (Dean Geyer) getting all handsy is very steamy. Rachel humps a table top with Brody underneath it
  • On a separate Ohio-set soundstage, Darren Criss was getting ready to sing “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” because “Blaine’s big dilemma in the beginning of the season will be keeping busy without Kurt.”
  • Vulture also witnessed Brittany (Heather Morris) performing Britney’s “Everytime” in her bedroom.  Brittany was lying face down on her bead, miserable without Santana.

    Looks like it will be an interesting season!  I wonder if there will be a wedding in someone’s future!  I love that picture of Rachel and Kurt – very intimate in a different kind of way!

    Yeah, love love that picture as well… Very emotional…Pity  we cannot really see Kurt’s fabulous pants…heheh…
    Wild guess… it may be taken after Episode 4  ?  They both look sad….  :-(

    Kurt and Rachel roommies ? I smell trouble in paradise hehehe…but I guess that will be part of the fun…

    In Season 2, The Glee-Club storyline was almost highjacked by the more pop-oriented Warblers… and some called it the “Kurt-show”…

    Hope that in Season 4, the New York storyline does not highjack the Glee -club… It feels a bit like a “mini-Smash” ?? I look forward to a “Kurt and Rachel show” but I am not in the majority… and it is not a guarantee for longevity of Glee as it needs to develop some of their “younger” Glee club characters to keep Glee going…

    I am a child of the 80s myself.  But my favorite Tears for Fears song on this show being ruined by Darren Criss — oh, hell no.  They must be stopped.

    I am also not looking forward to The Rachel and Kurt Show.  Looks like they’re slipping that planned spin-off right on up in there.

    How would a pair of 18-year-olds be able to afford a “spacious loft” in Brooklyn? In reality they couldn’t. Better to have them live in a cracker jack box with a bed that pulls down out of the wall with a bathroom down the hall that they have to share with other tenants. Let them experience Brooklyn as it really is for a couple of kids who just left the nest.

    Kinda guess this was coming. It may end up like ‘friends’ where the setting is just in the apartment. They do have to keep the budget low. I’m still excited though.

    Or they can compensate the “broadway” Kurt/Rachel spin off with a 100% modern pop/rap/rnb oriented Glee club…
