Cassandra tells Rachel She is NOT Sexy

Ooo. Rachel sounds so sexy on Oops I Did It Again. I like her version more than Britney’s. Looking forward to see her moves.

Am i one of the few who doesnt care for Marley? It;s like theyre trying to shove her down the audience’s throats, trying to ultimately make her be “the new rachel” but instead of making her different, sort of simply recasting her as rachel…i might like her if they eased her in gradually, made her earn the solos and the screentime

Everytime is so beautiful! I’d never even heard the original. Melissa’s voice has such a sweetness in it. Her and Lea have such different voices, I hope people stop comparing them. And this comes from someone who worships Lea.

And the acoustic 3 is awesome! An odd trio of voices but it works so well. I also really like the Crazy/YDMC Jarley duet, Oops I Did it Again, and I go back and forth on whether I like the Boys/Boyfriend duet lol. The rest are just alright.

Yeah for Sam, Joe and Tina !!
And the Blaine – Arie duet is kinda cute…

it is still too early to put judgement on Marley… we just had one episode… still 21 to go…  we may learn to love and hate her (don’t really like Marley falling for the bad guy, Puck’s half brother)…

or maybe I just resent the fact that Rachel never was able to really have a relationship with Puck… I loved her duet with Puck in “Need you now” hehehe

So Marley may be a different character than Rachel after all…

I’m on the fence with Marley. I’m not blown away with her singing. It was just average for me. Her story was in the first episode was okay but its not tugging my heart strings. As you said, it is just the first episode. Maybe, she’ll grow on me. So far, she has 2 solos and a duet. Whereas Jacob only has half a solo and now a duet. I love Jacob’s voice. I hope he gets a few more solos.

It looks like Glee is pushing Marley to be a major player. As far as replacing Rachel, she still has a long way to go and I thought Blaine is the new Rachel. First episode, Blaine has more acting screen time and lines (without Kurt) than I can ever recall. I’m hoping to see more of character development for Blaine. As far as those who are saying an aggressive Blaine (including Darren himself) is not in character, I don’t agree. Blaine is a passionate character (i.e. anger, love). That his channeling his passion towards towards other pursuits now that Kurt is gone does not seem too out of character for me and you can’t be at the top playing nice all the time.

I can’t make up my mine about Joe. His acting needs major improvement and his story line didn’t go anywhere last season. Whereas Unique is catching my attention. I love his bold attitude and his snooty one liners. He can wail which is a huge plus for me.

Yeah, looking forward to more character development of Blaine.. He was just playing “too nice guy” with his stiff “daltonesk” upperlip…I love boxing, shoving (Sam, Karofksy) Blaine… … So if there is some underlying aggressiveness, I would not be that surprised… Looking forward to see Blaine in his debate as President of the student council… Hope he will win from Sam’s gorgeous abs… LOL…

Yeah, agree with you….they should find an interesting storyline for Joe A.S.A.P…
