Gah. I got teary eyed watching this too. I’m such a sap. Can’t wait for the ep.

Also, the prospect of Chris Colfer and Lea Michele singing Defying Gravity is making me happier than it probably should

I wanna know who’s playing which part. I guess I should assume Lea’s doing Elphaba by default, but gawd, it’d be hillarious and awesome if Chris did it.

AMAAAZING!!! This show just keeps getting better and better for me!! Absolutely not a fluke… I want Amber Riley solos and Kurt as well. U guys gave up some spoilers but thats okay. Just piques my interest even further. I don’t find anything about this show thats sugary or saccharine – the lines & setups are so over the top and obscenely funny [ie Sue Sylvester]. Very witty and dark but done in a glossy High School Musical way. I can’t wait for the sectionals next week. OMG!!

Loved this and the emotional interaction as well as the singing. I agree that Puck is a character that I find interesting and he draws your eyes to him. He’s a scene stealer when he’s doing nothing. There is more to Puck and I expect he’ll become a more central character as the story line progresses.

My guess is that Quinn told F-inn (did anyone else hear Will call him that?) about her plan to give the baby to Terri and he opposed the idea. He wants to be a man and take responsibility for his actions. Another possibility is that her parents find out and push for abortion which goes against Quinn’s personal beliefs … or they want to send her to a convent to have the baby, etc.

In my scenario, Rachel is somewhat the hero supporting both Quinn and Finn.

Or maybe it’s just Sue notices that Quinn is ‘getting flabby’ and puts her on a strenuous diet and exersize program or she’s off the Cheerios.

ETA – When do parents come into this whole thing? The only parent we’ve seen was in Kurt’s coming out episode.

I agree, I think her pregnancy gets leaked to the school and she gets outcast. Very chilling performance, you good see Rachel and Finn singing that song to Quinn

I’m perplexed by Glee…because all of the “bad” characters are very quickly becoming likable. Puck and Quinn, both in the Glee cast, are now becoming relatively good characters…but I think the fantastically wicked Sue and the ugh-get-off-my-screen-betch Terri make up for it. Glee can’t lose all their baddies though, or it will really become too unbearably saccharine.

Keep Holding On though….looooove this vid. And uber ditto to excitement of seeing Kurt sing sometime soon!!

So I take it Quinn had a miscarriage?

I’m not sure. I’ve seen some behind the scenes stills from later episodes and she looks even more preggers.

I like “Keep Holding On” better than the “No Air” clip. But, I reserve the right to change my mind if one makes more sense in context than the other (e.g. the boy’s mash-up from last week which was even better when you knew they were strung-out on “Vitamin D”).

actually i dont think thats it.
There was a photo leak of Quinn from a later epi (epi 10 or 11) “Once upon a Mattress” where Quinn was spotting a noticeable baby bulge.

I think that maybe her being pregnant leaks out to the rest of the school and she loses her popularity. or maybe her parents find out.
I dont think theyd find out Puck was the real dad yet tho, cus i would think Fin would have a much harder time being supportive of her if he knew. Also we know Quinn will fall from popularity because shes no longer going to be a cheerleader by epi 8, tho im not sure in which epi she gets kicked off the squad.

Don’t kill me if it doesn’t end up happening, but I do know that Chris Colfer said something in an interview about singing Defying Gravity, and I’ve heard other people say that it will be a duet with Lea Michele, which would make sense. But maybe that’s speculation, and he’s singing it by himself (which I’m fine with, as much as I adore Lea Michele’s voice). But hopefully we’ll hear it and get the full song on itunes.

I’m not a Wicked fan or anything, but that song is pretty awesome.
