The album features Willie Nelson singing duets with an incredible list of female talent, practically a who’s who of female country, bluegrass, and Americana, with the bonus of some amazing gospel/soul voices.

Of blog relevance, country superstar/Season 4 American Idol champ Carrie Underwood is featured on the classic “You Were Always On My Mind,” which is cowritten by Johnny Christopher, Mark James, and Wayne Carson and earned Willie Nelson a Grammy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance in 1982 (the songwriters won the all-genre Song Of The Year Grammy, as well as the Grammy for Best Country Song).
