Frenchie Davis – Love’s Got A Hold On Me” – Sneak Peek (VIDEO)

Frenchie Davis, previously of American Idol and The Voice, is set to release a new single titled “Love’s Got A Hold On Me” after Labor Day. Check out a sneak peek of the accompanying video as well as the single art below. The dance track is from Frenchie’s upcoming EP Just Frenchie.

“I feel that it’s coming together wonderfully, almost divinely. Everything is happening the way it’s supposed to,” said Frenchie from a release.

The song is produced by Marco Verraro, while the video was helmed by Ch’an Andre and Brian Friedman (Britney Spears, X Factor).

Frenchie is releasing her music on her own label, the Frenchie Davis Music Group and is also working on a collection of Christmas music and a plus size lingerie line.

The song is actually pretty good and has a real shot at climbing the dance charts.

I LOVE Frenchies voice. I think she is perfect for dance music.
Hope she gets success with this.

She should go on XF for the reality show trifecta..She could become a gay danceclub success. Someones given her money cuz a video like that costs real money. It looks professional which takes more than a few 1.29 singles…Too bad, she dudnt go further on idol all those yrs ago…odds r she wouldve gotten a much better chance to breakout..S

I think Frenchie could have a hit with this song.  A good dance hit is an excellent way to get going on the career.  I agree, Idol got her name out there.  It helped her get the Broadway work.

I do wish her the best, but I have a hard time getting use to the bald head.  Did she ever say it was for a medical reason?
