Frenchie Davis, previously of American Idol and The Voice, is set to release a new single titled “Love’s Got A Hold On Me” after Labor Day. Check out a sneak peek of the accompanying video as well as the single art below. The dance track is from Frenchie’s upcoming EP Just Frenchie.
“I feel that it’s coming together wonderfully, almost divinely. Everything is happening the way it’s supposed to,” said Frenchie from a release.
The song is produced by Marco Verraro, while the video was helmed by Ch’an Andre and Brian Friedman (Britney Spears, X Factor).
Frenchie is releasing her music on her own label, the Frenchie Davis Music Group and is also working on a collection of Christmas music and a plus size lingerie line.
The song is actually pretty good and has a real shot at climbing the dance charts.
