Mishavonna Henson – Phoenix – 18 – Irvine, CA – H’wood solo – Semis Week 2 – AI Hollywood Video – AI Top 36 Video

One of the unseen, until the Hollywood Rounds, Mishavonna is back after being cut from Hollywood Season 7. Judging by the music that was on her Myspace music page, Sheà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s got a good recording/pop voice, and seems to have some personality.   She’s also done some acting, earning parts in Nickelodeon’s “Unfabulous” and “Frasier” Only time will tell if she can pull out ahead of the pack during the competition.

    I doubt that very much. cause she had only little camera time and this year the contestant only had one chance in top 36 to make it to top 12. (Unless the judges picked you again in wild card rounds)

    She had to sing amazingly good to get into top 12. But you never know till top 36 begin.

    Cute girl.

    I can’t remember much about her, except that she’s a repeat.

    I like what I’ve heard at MySpace.

    The talented girls are sparse this year. I’d say her chances were decent.

    I like what we heard of her, too bad it really wasn’t much.
    But I think she, Casey, Arianna and Stevie are all kinda a bit of the same, cute sweet young pop girls. Maybe there’s only place to one of them.

    Sorry guys, unpopular opinion coming through…

    I seriously can’t understand why they bothered putting her through to the top 50. Blandest of the bland voice and didn’t sing all that well last night. I’d have to put her in the “fodder” category based on what they’ve shown us.

    In previous season. you just had to make sure your favorites were not in bottom 2 each Semifinals round. They had around 75% to make it to next round. People at home still had time to spreading the votes.

    But with only 33% chances of their fav get into top 12 this year, (max 2 spot each round for girl or boy singers out of 6 each gender) people will vote all they can for their favourites they saw so far in AI based on audition and Hollywood rounds.

    So her chance was pretty slim.

    Personally, I’d say anyone that has been given any amount of screen time isn’t really fodder. There are still so many people we haven’t seen, that are most likely gonna get zero votes because of it.

    I like her. I really liked what I heard from her last fall when the spoilers first started coming out, and I thought she showed more personality than the other girls last night, without being a drama queen.

    I thought her performance last night was interesting. I’ll be looking forward to seeing her top 36 performance(s).

    I’m feeling a little underwhelmed by the other girls we were shown and wish they’d shown more of them (i.e. Jesse Lang).
