If you're charging $0, $5 or $10, you can easily get away with doing a 75 minute show. It's turning into a long tour and David probably doesn't want to be croaking his way through the latter half of it. I remember that some of Daughtry's cheapo shows during his first solo tour were barely an hour long and I think that's not unreasonable for a new artist with only one album's worth of material.
