Can’t wait for the Q102 vids–especially “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” And that er, “love poke” is hilarious. That video with Lady Gaga is so staged–and his Clue game randomly disappears from his hands.

A little off topic– “Crush” comes in at #46 on Z100′s Top 100 of 2008!

Jordin is pretty high up on the list with a couple of her singles too, but I haven’t gone through the rest of the list to find other Idols (I believe Daughty may be on there more than once as well).

Sounds like David is having a ball. Really happy to see him having so much fun. The concerts are going great. The crowds seem to love him and he is meeting tons of talented people. Go D!!

The video with Lady Gaga and David was staged, but adorable yet the same. Somehow I never would have randomly put them together, but it works.

And Mj, it wasn’t just a deli sandwich we are talking about here, we are talking KATZ’s deli, that is like the champagne of deli sandwiches let me tell you!

Update #1: We just talked to Jeff for like 30 minutes! He remembered us! David was doing a little CD signing thing and when he was done he and Katie Perry like crossed paths… They were talking. Then all of a sudden David like started um dancing–like majorly haha. I don’t know why. Then he like hopped away on one foot haha! But he was randomly singing! And super happy and Archudorable! So random but so awesome! Haha

Some people are translating “hà ­jole” as “gosh” I think that OMG is more close to the meaning, is an expression that shows shock or surprise… you use it to call for attention towards something, is used a lot in Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras…

The actual quote was “it’s a love poker” lol. You know, some site (like VFTW) might have a field day about David’s love poker statement. lol. I caught that and had it in the other DA thread because DC always says DA is funny when he doesn’t even realize he’s being funny and I think I can really see what Cook is saying now, lol. The off-the-cuff remarks. It just cracked me up that David would say that, LOL, still does, lol. The canned question from him asking her about where to get a deli sandwich around here struck me funny also. It was like an awkward pick-up line, lol.

If you watch closely, it appears to be edited. You’ll notice that the Clue game suddenly disappears just before David asks where’s a good place to get a sandwich. They were probably casually discussing food and the conversation lead to delis.

I don’t know how many of you are familiar with Lady Gaga. I didn’t have a clue about her but looking through videos of the MSG Jingle Ball I saw that she has a song called Poker Face which incidentally she sang a capella (kind of a weird performance) but this is probably where the joke about poking in the face started. I’m sure David could sing it for us now if he wanted to:-) as he has been to at least 2 Jingle Balls with her.

Just saw some other pictures at snarkies. Even though that shirt fits him perfectly at the shoulders, it is way toooo long imo. Hope they get shorter ones for his height when he goes the shirt/vest route.

Her clothes. I believe his “line” was to ask her where she buys her clothes, but when he looked down at her body to reference her clothes, he got tongue tied because she isn’t wearing a lot.

See, though, that’s what I mean about the scripted conversation.

^^ I believe it was partially scripted–they were shilling products in the gift lounge (and apparently products outside the gift lounge as well). You can kind of tell that they were prompted to ask certain questions. But it was cute nonetheless.

Oooooh gosh! That “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” was amazing! I love when he sings a ‘Capella. Ugh, I wish I could get his Christmas album THIS YEAR. lol.

Has anyone ever done an all a cappella Christmas album? That would be my vote.

HYAMLC is amazing. I think he should do at least one acapella song for the Christmas album but there should be music for most of the songs. He should also sing at least one Xmas song with a choir on the album.

Wow, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas was outstanding! That’s one of my favorite Christmas songs. I would just LOVE to have an Archuleta Christmas CD and gift them too! I hope he continues to grow in the business and by next year be able to put a Christmas CD out that will be the top Christmas CD of that year! Such wonderful vocals he puts out! Amazing!

TMH, as usual, a real crowd pleaser. I wonder when he is just going to jump off the stage and go touch those outreached hands, lol. Security wouldn’t know what to do if he did that. But he SO wants to touch some hands, it’s obvious!

TMH was incredible last night. I mean he performed the hell out of it. Have Yourself…..was beautiful. I really appreciate David giving his fans these songs for the holiday. I don’t really like xmas songs, but I appreciate them so much when David does them.

Thanks frogcooke! Wonder if David will ever choreograph some dancing moves or different moves when singing. So far it’s been the Archustomp for the most part, lol. Not that I have anything against that at all, it’s just that I’d like to see a few different moves on occasion down the road maybe.

FYI – I don’t know if this is posted already (I don’t see it), but the bracelet/shirt/cd/poster package up for the Bonnie Hunt charity auction sold for $6,550. On Friday, when Bonnie mentioned it on her show, it was still at $4,160. I guess there was a last minute bidding war. haha!

I have been in Disneyland all week, so I am trying to catch up.
