The photos may be tied into the news that he is interested in supporting a charity that provides dental care to sick and underpriviledged children in India. Good for David.

You're probably right, luckeee. Archuleta Fan Scene has the story about his hoping to go to India along with dad and family dentist to give free dental care to the indigent afflicted with leprosy. David's endorsement will certainly help to raise funds to cover the cost of dental equipment and supplies. A very honorable cause indeed.
