Suzanne, I didn’t notice anything but David singing, but I was 2 feet away. One REALLY annoying thing to me and many other fans who paid money to get in was that there were tons of VIP SFF staff members who got in (probably for free) and some of them were near the front taking up space where people who paid good money should have been. I am wondering if some of those people were the ones talking.

I can’t do these stand up things (for hours on end) anymore, and I really, really want a reserved seat. Even if I stand up during the whole concert, I want my own space and I hate waiting for hours to get a good spot to see him. I just can’t physically handle it very well.

I’m so glad David decided to wait until his siblings and friends were freed from the elevator before doing his performance. It just goes to show you what’s important in his life. Family and friends come first!

I love that blog from Richard Rushfield. I know someone said that someone from the NY Times was talking to David. I hope we see something from that interview as well. I also hope that we can see something from the Latino Inaugural Gala.

LK09–Was it really that noisy there? (I can’t believe that people would spend about $100 to be in that room and then chat during the performances. Seems kind of crazy.)

David and Daniel have such different singing voices.

Richard Rushfield’s blog on spending time with David and his family is amazing and so thoughtful. It paints a picture of a really lovely family dynamic and I love that David’s friends hang out out with him at gigs whenever they can. No wonder he’s so grounded and happy. Sure hope David and Jason can hang out again soon.

Heh heh soundscene, that typo is funny but understandable given that David Archuleta seems to be every bit as popular and successful as David Cook.

And thank you for the Rushfield blog jabkmc. An informative and interesting glimpse into Archuleta’s world. Rushfield likes him, that much is obvious.

Wireimage has a photo of David up from the Latino Inaugural Gala. He looks good. Suit, scarf is all we can see though. He apparently already performed the National Anthem.
