Hahahaha, I love them both, so adorable! Little David never fails to put a smile on my face. And of course, Jim is hilarious as usual!

Hahah I love this. David cracks me up.

This made me smile! I love how that last guy he sings “oh Holy Night” to really fanboys over him, and I love how he is humble and complimentary of other people’s albums.

That was a really cute video.!

David is one in a million ~ always humble, AMAZING, and fun ~ anything but “little” in my eyes! He’s definitely well loved by all he meets, and especially his fans! I’ve watched the video many times already, along with the article written by Jim.

Fantastic idea. Enjoyed Jim and Archie. The blog is fabulous too! The twitters leading up to the unveiling off the video, blog etc made this whole experience a lot of fun. It looked like the MTV staff enjoyed it too! It would be nice if they could bottle that JOY! David’s Christmas album is beautiful and I’ll be not only enjoying it myself but gifting it as well. David is soooooo adorable! I think that he is one of my favorite human beings. I just get the sense that he is truly good. And he makes me laugh! I loved when he said, “that’s an interesting poster.”

They don’t come sweeter than David Archuleta. I know Paula Abdul got a lot of flack for saying she wanted to decapitate the boy and dangle his head from her rearview mirror (as a compliment), but after spending time with him this week I know exactly where Paula is coming from. By the end of our hour together, I was looking all over MTV for a hacksaw.

Selfishly, it was a dream come true to get to harmonize with the ‘Idol’  superstar. His voice, rich and nuanced, sounded just as brilliant in person as it did on TV. Normally, I would make fun of my old pal Jeffrey for being such a drama queen, but damned if I didn’t also choke up when Archuleta fully immersed himself in a brilliant ‘O Holy Night,’  despite being surrounded by DigiBeta tapes in a drab office. (And a jerky MTV News correspondent in a sweater and Santa cap.)

Loved the vid! David is such a good sport. Jim is hilarious. His reaction after he gifted the “Swollen Members” CD had me cracking up. I also would luv to see the sweater reaction. Bring it on Jim!

Cant wait for the rest of the stuff… lol

Did you notice the look on David’s face in the elevator when Jim pointed out how close his birthday is to Christmas and that he probably gets short changed on gifts. In particular, when Jim said “Gah, thanks, Jesus! Couldn’t he have been born 6 months earlier!”, I think that’s the closest to a look of disdain we’ll ever get from David. And I loved his response to him, that that Birthday is more important than his anyway. Aww, so humble. I love him more and more every time I see a new video of him.

Awww!!! This was both hilarious and heartwarming. I love how Archie sings the songs in the same way he would sing it if he were on national tv even if they were just going around caroling. And he was so aware that Jim was “caroling” with him he changed the pitch just so it wouldn’t be so high for Jim.

I’m waiting for a twitter exchange between Kris and Jim where Kris accuses Jim of making Archie his Slezak. (Or something like that, this made sense in my head I swear).

Sooo full of cuteness (both of them!)…..definitely one of those things that make you go awwwwwwww! Everything was so off the cuff and spontaneous. Thanks for this footage Jim! Am very anxious now for the Jim/David A. interview!!!!!!!

That was so adorable! David Archuleta is just priceless, what a sweet kid. I already have so many Christmas albums, but I’m going to have to have this one. Jim C is right, he does make me smile. Jim C does too, he did a nice job with this.

It doesn’t get better than that. Wicked talented, wicked sweet, wicked cute, all wrapped up in one terrific Christmas gift.

This is such a cute and funny video but then again David is always cute and funny. That’s why I subscribe to his youtube channel and follow him on Twitter.

The best part of the video though was getting to hear pieces of David singing a cappella. I have David’s debut CD and just bought his Christmas CD last weekend so I am a major fan. I am also excited to be going to see him live at the Warfield on November 30th. Yay, me!!

ETA: I forgot to mention…he is headlining on this round of shows. I am so happy for him.

Finally got to watching this. Archudorable indeed. I have a smile headache from watching that. It’s still early for me to listen to Christmas music, but I really hope they promote it more in about a month when people are more ready heh.

Ok, my face hurts from smiling. David is just pure joy. Just like Jim said. And, yes, the album is worth the purchase for O Holy Night alone, but there are about 5 to 6 other can’t miss performances thrown in to sweeten the pot. :)

David A. seems like such a sweetheart. His a cappella rendition of O Holy Night was lovely.

My surprise about David is that his instant reactions are always so genuine, humble and nicest. You don’t need to think twice when you see him because what you see is what you get. So many people make mistakes when they react instantly trying to look cool. I can totally see him trying to pick up cotton balls from the floor to help out clean up.

Another thing is that his pure, unadulterated persona spreads quickly and anyone surrounded by him changes into pure, unadulterated being for a while. I am impressed that Jim and MTV crews play with the way David is, not just David playing with the crew. I am sure everyone who has met him would appreciate that there is ‘the goodness’ you can see right in front of your eyes.

Met Archie during the Season 7 tour. Will never forget it. He radiates peace and joy, no joke. I keep using the word “refreshing” to describe David because he’s such a nice change from the abundance of the shallow and crass in the industry. The world could sure use more like Archie and his brand of “the goodness.”

Oh, I forgot to tell you. I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR HIS SHOW IN CHICAGO!!! It will be our family Christmas concert for this year!! His Christmas CD is gorgeous.

Really jealous of but happy for all the fans going to the concerts. :( No southern shows this time around and I can’t really swing a trip this season. The Ann Arbor show looks like it will be amazing!

I just found out recently that you are a guy. Never knew that. You can’t tell most of the time from just reading random postings.

I have not been to a David concert in a while and have never been to an official VIP. I went to the soccer game in the SLC area and someone was kind enough to give me a vip ticket, but we were just rushed up to DA in groups of 4, had our picture snapped and were rushed away.

I am excited to go to the first SLC show and to a real VIP.

got my vip tix for baltimore… so excited to see him on this tour stop, singing these beautiful christmas songs… i so wish i could get up to ann arbor to hear him backed by that full orchestra… i too hope this one gets filmed and distributed somehow…

Awww, Archie is adorable in human form. I have to agree with Jim, agreeing with Paula about taking him around with you. Though without the more Saw-y aspects.

His voice sounded so pretty, wish his album as just him with that voice singing as simply and beautifully as he did here.

And this bit was funny as well, along with much laughing by Archie. I don’t know how he stays so genuinely adorable, but more power to him for it.
