Daughtry Performs at Comic-Con, Wears Goofy Disguises

Chris Daughtry and bandmate Joey Barnes go incognito at Comic-Con 2009 held at the San Diego Convention Center on July 24, 2009 in San Diego, California.

@CHRIS_Daughtry twitters, “Joey and I made it through the Con with out getting noticed! Great success…We walked around like that almost 2 hours… It’s very hot in that mask. Lol”

Chris and his band Daughtry are headlining one of the event’s most celebrated after-parties, IESB.net’s Wrath of Con, later tonight. There will be lots of celebrities from the world of comics and sci-fi. Check out the list at Daughtry’s official site.

    I freakin love that Joey used catwoman :laugh_tb: they’re such fun guys!! Chris is a huge Huge HUGE comic fan so I’m sure he was loving every second of this and it’s cool he actually got to walk around without being recognized.

    Oohh…I curse Comic Con every year. There’s a bunch of strange screaming people walking around downtown and the insane traffic makes getting to work verrry difficult. However, I would NOT mind being invited to that particular party tonight! Not a bad guest list!

    LOL!!! Glad to see them having fun. Chris is a comic book geek so I’m sure the Comic-Con is heaven for him! Wow at that guest list! It would be pretty awesome to be at that party!

    Ahahahaha! I love it!!!! And I just remembered I had an invitation to go to this and forgot it’s this weekend. Too bad, but I wasn’t looking forward to the drive back home after partying anyway.
