I haven’t really been liking the way this song sounds live. I haven’ really been liking the song at all anyway though. As for America’s Got Talent, the shows itself kind of sucks but some of the contestants are really cool, and that’s what I watch it for. But I can’t stand those egotistical Voices of Glory. :thumbdown_tb: Bleh.

Sounds pretty good. I don’t mind this song when I can’t see him, but live I always wish that it was in a lower key. Chris has a great baritone voice; why do guys feel like they have to sing right at the top of their ranges? Feel the same way about David Cook’s Light On. It’s not a bad song, but it’s too high–too much yelling.

I was at the live taping and I thought Chris sounded wonderful despite being sick. He had to cancel his show the nite before which is only the second time in 3 years. I went to the LA concert also and it was beyond unfreakingbelievable!

ok, i watched that stupid show last night to see chris and was not really happy. he sounded “fine” but not really. like you could see joey sing back up but you couldn’t hear him. actually you could barely hear the band. i was annoyed. stupid show. and all the contestants sucked it seemed. but i was so happy that the show they cancelled in arizona has been rescheduled to october.

Their audio mix has been shit all season long. None of the singers come across sounding as good as they should. It all sounds like you’re listening through earplugs or a tin can or maybe tin earplugs. It’s like jamming out in your car to an AM station with your treble on high and no bass whatsoever. It’s so flat and … I don’t even know the proper words so just know that it is not of high quality.

Either that, or every contestant on the show and Daughtry all have extremely weak voices, even if they sound good.

Of course, the best singer they had this season just got booted last night, meanwhile Elton Yi got the sympathy vote because his audio cord got ripped out halfway through his performance the night before and nobody could hear what the hell he was playing. Now that’s talent!!

Does anybody even vote for that show? I watch it, one of my friends watches it, and nobody else I know watches or talks about it much less votes, and you don’t read about it much in publications or even online. Nick Cannon is actually pretty entertaining, but other than that it’s been one giant mound of shit this year. Especially with Marcus Terrell going home. The magician on there, Drew Thomas, is good though. He should win. But America’s voting contingency is a conglomeration of imbeciles, so it’ll be some cute little kid or whichever person (the “new Barry White”) the judges tell them to vote for.

Knowing that Chris is dealing with a bout of viral laryngitis at the moment had me nervous….but phew! I thought it was fabulous! I just seen them live a week and half ago and they were AMAZING!! I’ve been to many shows over the last few years and they are getting better and better all the time….and I’ve never been dissatisified with one, it’s just that the next performance blows me away even more!! I highly recommend checking out the tour, the energy level is through the roof and they’re funny guys that have a great time on stage which makes you have a great time watching!! I’m so glad he didn’t have to cancel this performance or any more shows.

Oh and Chris tweeted that the Hoff went to their club show last night in LA….how fun is that?

YOWZA YOWZA YOWZA it is 8:45 pm here in Dallas – Hubby & I just watched Chris on America’s Got Talent & loved it! We already have his cd but thoroughly enjoyed this performance.

Thanks MJ for posting this, as now hopefully JJ will be able to see how we appreciated the heads up!!
