Is Season 7 of Dancing with the Stars cursed?

First, Jeffrey Ross scratches his cornea, Misty May-Treanor injures her Achilles heel and is forced to drop out. Susan Lucci fractures her foot, Brooke Burke injurs her foot, Derek Hough falls and blacks out…am I forgetting anyone?

Now it’s being reported by TMZ that dance pro Julianne Hough collapsed backstage during the show tonight.

Sources tell TMZ Julianne Hough from “Dancing with the Stars” has been rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after having severe stomach pains backstage.

We’re told she complained of stomach pains all day, but after her performance they became unbearable.

Julianne was with the rest of the cast backstage when it happened, and Hough’s mother rode with her in the ambulance.

Fellow Dancing pro Corky Ballas tells Extra:

While Hough’s reported collapse and alleged hospitalization have yet to be confirmed, Ballas confirms to “Extra” that the country singin’ cutie was having an off day today. “I think she had a little tummy ache. She wasn’t feeling well. That’s all I saw. She had a really, I think, pretty tough day today.”

Ballas adds, “She sang twice. Derek and Mark danced on it while she was on the stage singing. So she had to do that and then she had the honor dance with Cody — and then we had yesterday. So it’s quite a stressful day after a big Monday night to do a Tuesday night. And I just think the body breaks down. Just a little tummy ache and no big deal.”

Geez, people. Be safe!

Update: According to E Online, Julieanne was hospitalized after the show, but she did not “collapse.”

Just a little tummy ache? Stupid people.
Do people really go to the hospital for THAT?!
It’ll probably end up being something like her gall bladder.

He’s trying to ‘downplay’ it but he’s making her sound like a big drama queen. I don’t think he means for it to come across that way.

Corky should have just said, “Julianne has always been a drama queen.” It would have been more subtle. :dunce_tb:

Here’s the link to Julianne’s blog to address this. She does at least two blogs a week on Fancast, btw. :)
