Dancing With The Stars All Star Spoilers (UPDATED)

The all-star cast of the next Dancing With The Stars cycle will be announced at ABC’s Friday TCA session, but there are already a few names surfacing.

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Melissa Rycroft (Season 8), Joey Fatone (Season 4) and Pamela Anderson (Season 10) are likely to return to the show this fall.

No word on whether Bristol Palin will be returning. But George Clooney’s girlfriend, Stacey Keibler, is reportedly off the list.

    I heard Sara Evans was supposed to come back also. Not sure if it is true, but the country blogs were mentioning it a couple weeks ago.

    Sabrina Bryan and Misty May Treanor! Misty May was doing very well and had to leave due to an injury.  Definitely think she needs to be brought back.  Sabrina was just the biggest snub on DWTS of all time.

    I agree. No former winners. Give someone else that would have, could have won a shot. Giles or Sabrina… Evan. Lots of talent.

    Misty May is competing in the Olympics in the next few weeks…don’t think Dancing would be a priority for her right now.

    To me All Stars doesn’t mean participants, I always thought the term referred to the best of the best which would translate to Winner or, at least, runner-up.  Why would they put on dancers who were pretty bad the first time around?

    ETA: I also think that the viewers would really like to see the best go head to head…or should it be step to step. This show is definitely about what will bring in the audience…it really has nothing to do with being “fair” to former contestants…or that is how I look at it. It isn’t a competition for “future” star ball-room dancers.

    I would really like to see Kyle Massey come back. I’m not even a big fan of this show, but I would tune in to watch him & Lacey… they gave really great performances, even if he wasn’t the best technical dancer. I thought their instant jive was awesome!

    I definitely would rather not see winners – I’d like to see runners up or truly robbed like Sabrina.  I would even like a whole cast of Disney kids, since they were all good dancers, pleasant personalities, but never got far because no one who voted knew them.

    I watch DWTS to see someone blossom and get better.  I already know how good the winners are.

    I really hope it’s not true about Joey Fatone.  He was so annoying during Season 4.  With his NSYNC fanbase, he thought he had that thing won.  So, I was glad when Apolo beat him.  I don’t like Melissa Rycroft, either.  I can get behind Pamela Anderson.  I thought she had a little something.

    As for who I would like to see back: Laila Ali, Sabrina Bryan, Drew Lachey, Jennie Garth (because she got cheated).

    Sabrina Bryan would be awesome to have back too.

    Would love to see Lance Bass rather than Joey Fatone, though.

    If Gilles and Drew were to do it, my loyalties would be torn.  I have no idea which one I would root for.

    A reporter tweeting from the GH panel at the TCAs today said Kelly Monaco was adorably coy when asked about DWTS all-stars, so she seems like a definite possibility.

    I was hoping for no former winners. :(  There should have no former winners, no one from last season, and no “controversial” celebs.  Just the best of the rest and maybe those who got booted too soon (Sabrina) or had an injury (Misty, Cristian).

    I would love to see Chelsea Kane.  She was one of the Disney kids and what an amazing dancer.  She was fun to watch and she got better and better with each performance.

    I’m hoping for Gilles, Mel B., Kyle, Sabrina, and also Mario, Joey Lawrence and Evan for good measure.  So I HOPE those spoilers are correct, I haven’t watched in two seasons but this would make an amazing show.

    And IA that there shouldn’t be any winners….but I would still LOVE to see Apolo and Juliane again!

    If this list is correct, they must not all (or any?) be competing with the same partners they had the first time, because some of the partners overlap. For instance – Cheryl partnered both Drew & Gilles, Kym partnered both Joey & Donny. And I think Tony partnered both Stacy & Melissa.
