    Yes. Season 7 is definitely out-pacing Season 6. Here are the summary stats for the previous three years to show the trend:

    Season 6 (after 10 concerts): 63,721 of 102,860 (62%) Total Revenue: 3,957,985 Avg Revenue: $395,799 (sell-outs: 0)

    Season 5 (after 11 concerts): 126,889 of 127,026 (100%) Total Revenue : $7,040,175 Avg Revenue: $640,016 (sell-outs: 10)

    Season 4 (after 10 concerts): 107,405 of 114,687 (94%) Total Revenue: 4,679,452 Avg Revenue: $467,945 (sell-outs: 5)

    Reporting 11 concerts for Season 5 because concerts 10 and 11 were in the same city so that they were reported together (and I’m feeling lazy this morning).

    That’s very good considering the economy and how people are cutting down on extravagancies.

    Season 5 still seems to be the gold standard I guess. This season is ginormous considering the economy and idols weakening neilson numbers. Attests to the deep talent pool for sure.

    I think the Davids are filling the seats with Jason helping. I don’t think the other 7 (no matter how talented) are drawing many fans. No knock of them but unlike S5 when almost the entire top 10 had considerable fan bases (shown by their overall good first week sales), this is really the Dx2 show.
