Check out Carrie Underwood lve in Kansas City Saturday night. Right before she sang “Wasted” she gave a little shout out to her KC homeboy, and fellow Idol winner, David Cook.
“I got a text earlier today from David Cook telling me to make it an extra special show for his hometown, ” Carrie told the crowd, “So, since he’s a friend and all, we’re just going to have to make it an extra special show.”
The Two are definitely buds–David attended Carrie’s wedding to Mike Fisher over the summer and was a guest star on her 2009 Christmas special.
