I’m kinda annoyed that Randy and Simon told her that she didn’t get enough votes because she wasn’t an emotional mess this week. Way to mess with someone’s head, guys! GAH. It couldn’t be that treating Jason and Syesha like dirt sent their fanbases into overdrive? Or that she’s been a little iffy for weeks, and her time ran out? Geesh.

Totally agree. I love her voice, but not only that, she seems to be a wonderful person.

I like Brooke’s hair better curly – I think it suits who she is much better. I’m not always a fan of her clothing choices, they’re a little to conservative and plain for me. But, I surely wouldn’t call her a ragamuffin. Even if I’m not a fan of her fashion sense, she always looks well put together and beautiful to me.

And, no offense to Carly, but the color of her hair is kind of harsh, she sports a humongous tatoo, and she does not know how to dress her body. Nearly everything she chose did not suit her figure. With a good stylist who has experience dressing women for tv, Carly could look 100% better. She’s not at all ugly, but I think Simon had a point about the way she looked up there most of the time. And, her makeup was way harsh. It made her look old. All of these are things that can be improved upon to make her look appeal more to the viewing public, and I think Simon was just trying to help her out by saying so.

I think he probably didn’t comment so much about Brooke’s look, because even with the less than stellar clothing choices, she still looked beautiful on stage. And, the down-home on the prairie look she was usually sporting, fit fine with her image and the type of artist she wants to be.

SpenserJ (with an “s” like the poet), I agree with you on Brooke and the curly hair. She would be stunning in a gunny sack…heck even in those ultra dumb silver pants. Carly too, is an attractive lady who made some “interesting” fashion choices. You are right, with some people around her with good taste and no facial tattoos, she could be a stunner.
