Daughtry’s “There and Back Again” is also the official theme song for this weekend’s WWE pay per view show, which means they play it ad nauseum for four hours between every match.
It amused me highly that my bf’s favoirte show (which i am endlessly irritated by) has been infiltrated by my favorite show (which he is endlessly irritated by.) Score one for Idol!

Carrie UnderwoodÃƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s unstoppable album Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã…â€œSome HeartsÃƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ received a nice bounce from her appearance on the CMT awards last week. The CD climbed from #14 to #9. Her single Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ WastedÃƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ sits at the #1 position on the Hot Country Singles and Tracks for the 3rd week in a row. Her single, Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã…â€œBefore He CheatsÃƒ ¢Ã¢â€š ¬ debuts on the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart at #24.

Don’t forget that “Before He Cheats” is also still climbing the all-genre Billboard Hot 100. She’s at 11 this week, which is quite the accomplishment as I can’t recall any idols other than Kelly Clarkson and Daughtry who have ranked so high on this chart with non-coronation songs.

Congrats to all of the Idols.

I did not know that Paris was connected with McDonald’s American Idol themed Happy Meals. I just heard last week that Lisa is connected to American Idol line of tee-shirts and clothing for kids. We all know that Ace has the American Idol Ice Cream gig. Interesting. They picked the three youngest of the top 10.
