He certainly had fans in the audience, but he was mostly talking with his fellow contestants during the breaks. All of them would respond to the audience when their names were called out by fans. Danny, however, seemed to be constantly engaging the crowd when the camera's weren't rolling. For the record, I hope Kris makes top 3.
