Andrew Garcia and Katie Stevens dropped by to chat with Wendy Williams on her talk show this morning.  Both of the Idol bootees agree that it’s been a lot less lonely being eliminated together rather than apart–neither seem to mind having to share the spotlight as they make their rounds of the talk shows.

It’s a good thing they’ve been friends since they performed in group rounds together in Hollywood.

After the jump, part one features a short interview with Andrew and Katie, followed by Katie singing “Big Girls Don’t Cry”.

In part two, Andrew sings the legendary “Straight Up” and if I’m being perfectly honest, it makes me wonder what all the fuss was about. I much preferred Andrew’s performance of “Sunday Morning” on Ellen last week…

    Andrew has done “Sunday morning” many many times. This is only his second time performing “straight up”. It was still a fantastic performance. Of course if he did “Sunday morning” in Hollywood it would be “legendary” too. He does that song like no other.
