Check out highlights from Andrew Garcia and Katie Stevens’ visit to the If I Can Dream house Friday night. Over dinner, they discussed Ryan Seacrest’s strange behavior last week, what they think of the judges (they like Ellen) and their trip to Vegas.

After dinner, Andrew and Katie jammed with housemate and Top 24 contestant, Alex Lambert.

    I absolutely love hearing Andrew and Alex singing together- their voices are so similar.

    Had to fast forward to that part- that show is booooooorrrrrrrrring

    I really enjoyed Katie in this! I enjoyed their jam at the end too – if Katie had sung in this style on the show, I would have supported her more. I had no idea she was that good at harmony. When will they let the contestants sing together live? Also, I can’t believe they have to get up at 5am to rehearse that lipsynched karaoke nightmare known as the group sing!

    Katie’s personality didn’t come across on the show…i liked this clip of her. I’m kind of indifferent to Andrew.

    I really enjoyed hearing the jam. They should record that! I always thought that Andrew and Alex had similar voices. It was interesting to hear them close together to hear the differences. In his upper register Andrew often sounds like Stevie Wonder. The AI contestants all should have stayed longer than they did. But for Andrew and Katie, I don’t know that it matters that much for their careers or monetarily if they stayed a few more weeks. At least now, they are out of the mill.
