Hey everyone, it’s Adam and it is time for the week 2 results show! I had a great time last night over in NYC for the show, so I am super excited to find out which of the acts I saw are going to make it through. I’m really pulling for 3 Shades Of Blue, Freckled Sky and Uzeyer personally, but I am also hoping for a miracle with DM Nation somehow squeaking by. We just have to wait and see.
And we are live! The show is kicking off first with a recap of last night’s show. Freckled Sky’s dancers seemed super disappointed, and backstage talking with their producer guy, it looked like they were all about to start pointing fingers. I still hope they make it through. I also still can’t believe that Howie called The CraigLewis Band the best of the night.
Time for the results! First, it is time to reveal the 6th, 7th and 8th placers. They are….. Ira, 3 Shades Of Blue and Freckeled Sky. One will get the Dunkin-whatever save and the other will be saved by the judges. One will go home. Okay guys, there is a CLEARLY right and wrong answer here. Please don’t disappoint me. Voting is open now, so get to it!
After some product placement involving doughnuts, it is time for the results! First called forward are Damone Rippy and Uzeyer. One is moving on and it is…. UZEYER! Yay! He was great live.
Next, DM Nation and Arielle Baril are called forward. My heart is hurting, but I know where this is going. Moving on is….. Arielle Baril!!!! DM NATION FOR A WILDCARD PLEASE!
Bringing us back from commercial, we find out that Ira is leading in the Dunkin’ save thingy… ANYWAY!…., after a quick segment about the judges posing in a wax museum, we get a performance from Emily West and William Close, 2 acts I voted for and supported in their respective season’s. William is playing his earth harp to Emily’s cover of Night is White Satin, and it is just beautiful. Can I vote for these guys again? That was stunning. It is weird though that Emily didn’t sing one of her new songs from her album.
Time for more results! Sharon Irving, The CraigLewis Band and Animation Crew are called forward. This one is obvious. 2 are moving on, and they are… The CraigLewis Band and Sharon Irving!! No surprises there. Mel says she predicts Sharon will win the whole thing, to which I would be willing to bet money won’t happen.
Final result before the saves. Myq Kaplan and Derek Hughes are called forward. Of course Derek Hughes is moving on. I bet he is fodder for Piff in the next round. I really am not a fan of Derek.
Time for the saves! First, we are going to find out who got the Dunkin save. Getting the save is…. Ira. America you have let me down once again. I weep for how tonight’s results are going. Now, Freckled Sky and 3 Shades Of Blue will face the judges for the final save.

3 Shades Of Blue is moving on! The girl dancer in Freckled Sky looks PISSED. I’m honestly at a loss for words. I’m just gonna end the recap here before I start ranting. I truly am shocked. I really thought Freckled Sky would be this season’s winner. This would be hysterical if it wasn’t so terrible.
