hello everyone…i never post on this blog, but do visit often to get the latest on all things idol…just got back from the bham concert and wanted to update…will not recap because it sounds pretty close to the same as the first few. So my take is this…I have been a devoted Blake fan from the beginning and he did not disappoint. He is definately the performer…but what I didn’t expect was to be won over by Chris Richardson…the guy sounded so much better than on the show. He was awesome tonight. They really all were spectacular. Could’ve done without Hayley and Sanjaya, but they weren’t horrible…Ok so here’s the scoop. We waited by the buses after for autographs and was super impressed by Chris R..that guy was one of the first ones out and the last to go to the buses, seriously, the nicest guy. He posed for every picture…(got one to prove it)…Met Melinda, Lakisha (she was super sweet), Hayley, Sanjaya, Phil (also taking a ton of time with fans), Jordin, and last but unfortunately a little disappointing Blake. He wouldn’t pose with any fans (and there weren’t that many) and didn’t seem to take any time with them…just sayin it’s early in the tour for diva’s. I absolutely loved his performances and will be first in line for his cd, but next time won’t wait around for the snub. And by the way, I live in bham and was really disappointed with the turn out….felt kinda empty, how have the other venues been? I guess that’s what happens when bham fails to produce another idol or runner up…oh well, their loss because it was a fun show!! have an awesome night people….from a new Chris R. fan…
