    Of course we’re Ok alison. A little crazy maybe, slightly obsessed at times, but ok nonetheless. And so are you. You have strong opinions and you are not afraid to share them. Excellent. It’s really cool to have so many different perspectives.

    I do appreciate your love of Anoop. I loved his initial audition and I like his soulfulness, when it shows up. I hope the best is yet to come for him and he is able to make his living as a singer. He just didn’t hold my attention very well after Adam hypnotized me with glitter dust and chakra driven high notes.

    ONTD_AI = Oh No They Didn’t American Idol

    They’re an offshoot of Oh No They Didn’t main, that seceded and formed their own community when the majority of ONTD members kept hating on either Adam or Kris or both in Idol posts. Both are LiveJournal communities.

    I loved that last note in Let’s Dance. That’s two nights in a row that he has really held it out and improved on it. I think he sounded hot last night, despite the flubbed lyrcs in Bowie and at the end of WLL. He catches himself and then does something different and cool with it. SR was great fun and SL, MW, good too. I don’t think he’s getting bored. He always looks like he’s having the time of his life up there, down to the last moment when that lift takes him away. Always a big, huge grin.

    ^^THIS! He is so infectuously happy during his set! It really comes across. The others do a great job of that too, imo, not really showing any boredom, but I think Adam may be the only one not consciously bored at all (he just lives and loves to perform!) Even when he makes mistakes, he covers very well, makes it interesting, and he just goes with it (case in point – I DID NOT notice the lyric flub during Bowie last night ;-) WAY too much going on to care! – and for WLL, I noticed what appeared to be a mistake, but he just went through it like it might as well have been the original :-) ) Awesome stuff!

    Well Alison (good morning)

    It’s only because he is ssoooooooooo wonderful and beautiful in body and soul. He sparkled us with glitter from the Planet Fierce and we became enlightened in the ways of music and life. Rays of sunshine fall all around and we will share the love with you ‘ ¦ if you like ‘ ¦ or you can stay with James Bhondi. I hear that he’s pretty good too.

    Tempting, but I think I’ll stick with James Bondhi.

    I understand Adam is captivating.. but I must have been looking the other way while he was mesmerizing the rest of the audience. The good lookin Indian probably caught my eye.

    To me it’s more a show-off, though a bad choice to show off a not-so-strong voice.

    I think the problem is not that Kris’s voice isn’t strong ‘“ just this isn’t the right note to do it on.”

    Hmmmmm, not sure if this will get read, but I’ve gone back to the GR video of Heartless and as a super, big time Kris fan I have to say…

    When you watch it on line it does seem that he is holding the wrong note, when you watch it live you don’t care, he is holding a note and it’s great… so I leave it to a matter of perspective :)

    I like grape and orange lollies. Grape is always highly sought after. Orange, not so much. Often, I don’t fight and just settle for orange.
