Cleveland Adam was UNREAL!

Sunn, Thank you soooo much for posting those. Just finished watching WLL and am getting soooo excited for tonight!!! Tonight’s the night I actually get to BE THERE!!!

Oh, have fun at the show! I’m jealous, because I just want to go and see it again and again

One of my fav parts of the WLL vid is that the camera goes crazy and shakes uncontrollably at all the wild moments during the performance! That’s mainly the reason I couldn’t actually videotape him – I’d just be shaking with excitement and energy the whole time! Nothing would come out right.

Sorry, no tweeting as I don’t have text on my phone. It’s an 1.5 hour drive so I should be home 12ish. I’ll stop in to tonight’s concert thread when I get back and tell ya’ll about it.

Thanks Sunn. Watched with my teenaged daughter who said ‘we should go again’ . Off to see where the next closest concert is’ ¦.doesn’t take much to talk me into it! Unfortunately, Manchester NH is just TOO far away ‘ ¦.argh.

LOL! I drove 5 hours to see a second show I had the same feeling about needing to go again! Now I’m seriously considering a third show (by now my family knows I’m a lost cause and just goes with it ) The plus side is that they keep coming back to PA every few weeks, so I can take a break, then go again to another PA show

MJ posted a mini recap of the Boston concert where she said Danny’s song My Wish was an unbelievable moment at the show. The crowd were absolutely into it. I hope she does a longer recap. Maybe the crowd in Pittsburgh had a similiar moment.

Hard to tell from where I was. I personally thought My Wish was just ok. I was not a fan of the heavy sermonizing message of it (yes, I know, I’m not the most gooey, feel-good person in the world ) and throughout the song all I could think about was Adam coming soon. The audience reaction was nice for it, but hardly epic.

To me it sounded like ‘throw it, Al-i-son’ , but how can we know for sure until someone posts more vids! We hardly even get to see what she’s doing, since she’s mostly out of frame.

I do find it pretty amusing that so many of the SR vids are 99% focused on Adam, even when he’s not singing! I feel bad, but that’s how I tended to watch it live too (sorry Allison!) Both of them are great, but maybe there’s just the added level of “what will Adam do this time?” Plus his faces and expressions during that song when not singing are awesome!

But all of these performers will have to wait for their very own concerts before they’ll be able to claim their very own ovations.

I am pretty sure that the people in the video of “My Wish” that I just watched who were standing and cheering and waving their arms through the song were intending that feedback for Danny. If they were just sitting there quietly and leapt to their feet and starting cheering at the end of his set, this comment would be credible but that’s not what appears to happen. Certainly the cheering does intensify when Adam’s intro starts. But Danny gets a lot of crowd reaction during his set.

That girl’s got a couple of Adam-signing vids, too….

As for the possible standing O for Danny…I went to two concerts in California as Danny was finishing his set….all the adam fans started chanting “adam” and screaming. It was loud. I wondered if Danny thought it was all for him. I know he has fans…but the adam fans all over the venue were going insane as Danny was finishing.
