Thanks for the link, Desii. I’m really surprised by how much I like it. You’re right, abbysee, the camera just loves him. The only part that brought me out of the story was the piano on the pier. I mean, is it me? Piano in the living room, guitar outside?? But I nit pik–it’s a gorgeous video, with a cute story, in a beautiful place, and I wish I were there.

i was surprised at now much i liked the video too….not the cheesefest i thought it would be. The girl who played his Crush did a great job….and yes, the camera loves him. It was a very age-appropriate video for him. Great job Archie!

Update from MJ is that the boys toasted themselves then smashed the glasses. So I guess they got wet, but didn’t pour soda on themselves. Need video now!

Well, I’m looking forward to it being over for them, because they must be about ready to drop by now (as well as pretty darn sick of “Please Don’t Stop the Music.” I know I watch the Mavid dances with the sound off these days.) But I bet they are sad to say goodbye to each other, since they seem to be such good friends. Kind of like packing up your car at the end of senior year of college. You know you’re glad to be done with finals and glad to be moving on to the next phase of your life, but sorry to be saying goodbye to your friends, as well as very aware things will never be the same again.

For Sure, for sure! They’ve got to be ready to collapse after Tulsa. I’m sure they’ll have a blow out end of tour party for themselves and close friends, but once that’s done – SLEEP!

It sounds like the concert was great, I think I will miss reading the reviews but I think I need a little break, maybe see what is on TV these days, check out some politics as the election is coming up. Most importantly wait impatiently for David Cooks new album!!!!! But it has been fun.

yeah that is more what i’m sad about, rather than the tour itself. i don’t know why i’m sad for them…i don’t even know them, lol. i just feel like i know them though.

How much sleep can Cookie get after Tulsa? I think that he has to be in KC the next day for the Chiefs game….

I can definitely commiserate with the conflicted feelings on PDSTM. I actually dislike that song quite a bit, but I find myself waiting impatiently for the videos of each performance for the goofiness. It was bad enough when it was just Mavid. But now there’s the possibility of MJ/KLC, MJ/Chikezie, MJ/Jason, MJ/DA, Cookuleta, and random passing around of DC hats and/or cheeseheads, in addition to Mavid. Why couldn’t Pride have become the must-watch group number of the show this summer? At least it’s a good song.

Plus, I find it amusing that you can hear DC’s voice booming out whenever he is singing during PDSTM. He may hate the song (and I bet that he does) but he gives his all while he’s out there. So I never seem to turn off the sound on it.

I shall now resume my impatient waiting for the PDSTM video from tonight. (Sigh.)

I submitted it in short story format to a professor for a course I was taking and she fell in love with it and is urging me to write the novel instead of leaving it as is. Anyway, enuf about my real life away from being enamored with DC. He reminds me of an ex, so…..
