According to Joesplace, Idol spoiler clues found in the comments section of Entertainment Weekly today are legit, because the clues point to Matt Giraud’s song choice, Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida” (sung without piano, catch the discussion on that shiz, right here) which Joe already knew he’d be singing…
So, with out further ado. Can you guess what these contestants may be singing when they take the Idol stage on Wednesday?
- Nick Mitchell – This …salty standard has been featured in film and covered numerous times, most notably in the 80s.
- Adam Lambert – One singer of each gender has had a version of this wistful ballad reach the Billboard top 10.
- Matt Giruad – He takes a turn at a contemporary hit. Hopefully, Matt will live to sing another day.
- Jasmine Murray – Madonna had a hit with a different song with the same title as the recent hit that Jasmine is singing.
