Sadly, Quentin Alexander was eliminated from American Idol this week, but the good news it that we get to hear him sing at least one more time. The New Orleans native is in New York City for a press run, and he dropped by Live! With Kelly and Michael.
The singer chose one of his more intriguing covers, ‘You’re the One that I Want” from Grease, to perform. Afterward, Kelly remarked that she had never heard the song performed quite like that before! Hooray for Kelly and Michael NOT mentioning the stupid argument between Quentin and Harry, which at this point I AM SO TOTALLY OVER.
A tiny tidbit: Quentin auditioned for American Idol in 2012 but only got as far as the producers round!
