I'm actually now kind of nervous that cast members who can normally get people in any day of the year, except on blackout dates, will be blacked out of the Studios on that day (and that's always my way into the parks) because of those two reasons. At first, I didn't realize that was Presidents day weekend. I would say to go ahead and get a ticket for that day if you can. But check around for deals - I want to say that there's some kind of discount for FL residents if you do multiple days at a time, but if you don't come to Orlando much, that wouldn't benefit you. I'd say to just check around for deals still. Unless cast members are blacked out and my connections can't get me into the park, I'll definitely be there at least for the day of the opening.
