Casey James performs at Buck Owen’s Crystal Palace in Bakersfield, CA.
David Cook performs at the Cannery Ballroom in Nashville, TN.
Mandisa performs at the 3 in 1 Tour in McMurray, PA.
Taylor Hicks performs at Paris Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Constantine Maroulis performs in Jekyll and Hyde the Musical at the Cadillac Palace Theatre in Chicago, IL.
Elliott Yamin with Sonia Rao, Vicci Martinez, Lelia Broussard from The Voice, perform at Witzend in Venice CA
Lee DeWyze – SXSW Conference – Thursday, March 14 – Palm Door, 401 Sabine St (9 p.m.) – Austin TX

    P2 will be a headliner at another festival – Sunfest in West Palm Beach. This isn’t a big as Rock in Rio but there are lots of big acts performing. I’m surprised to see P2 as the closing act on Saturday night. These festivals are big jumps from the college shows he has been doing.

    Hey, that’s a great Festival, they seem to be Idol friendly – Sunfest does nice TV interviews for PR and they attract big crowds. David C closed there in May of ’09 – and climbed up the scaffolding on the side of the stage to sing “Hot For Teacher” the night before the first time he ran in the Race4Hope in DC, the night his brother died.

    They ought to treat Phillip well there, IMO.

    It’s David and Andy Skib, and who knows? Maybe a bit of new music – But also – Can’t wait to hear those “ill-advised covers”! *snerk*
