I’ll be live-blogging the America’s Got Talent Top 10 Results, right here at 9 pm et! Stay tuned.

AGT had the highest votes of the whole season last night. However, Nick does not mention a specific number. Hm.

Il Divo will perform tonight.

Four acts will move on. There is no judges pick this week

Smage Brothers and Team ILuminate take the stage. Uhm. This is a no brainer. Team ILuminate move on to the final. Smages go home.  Howie thinks Team ILuminate will take it all the way.  I don’t know. I’m betting on a singer winning again.

Miami All Stars and Lys Agnes take the stage.  I’m thinking neither are advancing. Let’s see if I’m right.  YEP. I’m right. Nick faked them out right till the end. Who is advancing to the Top 4….pause….NEITHER. Burn!

Poplyfe and Landon Swank take the stage. Who will move on? Less than a 1 percent difference in their totals and it is…Poplyfe. Ugh. They were terrible last night.

After some filler (video package featuring the judges and Nick. Yawn) “pop opera” group, Il Divo take the stage and sing Chris Isaak’s Wicked Game…in Italian. This is an assault to my ears. Ugh.

Silhouettes and West Springfield Dance Team take the stage. Oh, c’mon! Where is the suspense?  Of course Silhouettes, the master panderers, move on.

Anna Graceman and Landau Eugene Murphy are left. They both look like they are going to puke.  I say there’s no way Landau doesn’t advance.  He’s my pick to win it all. And yep. He moves on.  Poor Anna. She really should have waited a few years before auditioning.  Awww. She’s crying. She’s only 11…too young! “I’m so happy for Landau,” she says.

Moving on to the Final

  • Team ILuminate
  • Poplyfe
  • Silhouettes
  • Landau Eugene Murphy

ILuminate is the only act I can see having a successful stage performance in Vegas. I don’t see any of the others. Poplyfe are too young. The Sinatra sound-alike is too mediocre (for Vegas). Magicians in Vegas are a dime a dozen. None of the others are good enough.

  • Falfor

Fear not, I don’t believe Poplyfe will win.

  • fuzzywuzzy

The way that they’ve done the eliminations, it looks like iLuminate, Poplyfe, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. and the Silouettes in the finals.

The way that they’ve done the eliminations, it looks like iLuminate, Poplyfe, Eugene L. Murphy and the Silouettes in the finals.

Those are the best of who are left.

  • fuzzywuzzy

I knew that they would bring out the two dance groups together and now they will bring out Anna and Landau, and Landau will go through. I predict that Team iLuminate will win.

  • VakAttack

Messed up to put a kid through this. They should have gotten her out of the way early, one way or the other.

  • CanadianLady

Landau and Anna should have gone first – esp. after last week’s trick. Not fair to either of them. But especially someone her age. But she handled it well.

  • dy77

Ah good job West Springfield and now I don’t have to watch this show anymore (because honestly, it’s pretty unwatchable – never watched before but got caught up in the local hoo ha over the hometown kids being on it).

  • Lulu2

I’ve seen my fair share of acts in Vegas. Once Landau gets some real performing experience under his belt and can try different things –and his own thing– he should be really exceptional and hot in Vegas. Right now, if an act is smart, the only consideration is how to win, which is what Landau appears to be focusing on. AGT is not American Idol, where a singer has to branch out to stand out and increase chances of winning. Illuminate doesn’t look like much on TV, but I trust it looks better live and should do well in Vegas too. THe other two, forget about it, although Poplyfe seems more like a Saturday morning preteen band than the eliminated girl trio.

Thank you, thank you, thank you very much mj for Il Divo’s performance video.

    Sorry, you don’t like it.
I love it. Can’t wait for their CD album. I can watch my guys in Armani suits singing like this all day.

    Thanks again. Ciao!!! :D

The last time I was in Vegas, everywhere we went on the Strip — the hotels, the shopping centers, all you heard was Rat Pack music being piped in. Dean, Frank, Sammy, their music, everywhere, 24/7.

Landau, if he wants to make Vegas his living and his home base, he can find bookings in just about every lounge on the Strip for years to come. I was bowled over last night how much like Dean Martin he sounded.

    I think he’ll win.

I like Il Divo a lot, but this wasn’t one of their best songs. Something with more melody and less showboating would have been better. I realize it’s the title song from their new album, but that doesn’t get it a pass, IMO.

Lounge act yes, not quite the headliner. Actually he sounds exactly like Sinatra, not Martin:

The results were as I thought. I am wondering if Landau will sing, “My Way”? Will the Silhouettes do a tribute for 9-11? It should be an interesting show, but maybe not as good as last years?

Waiting till the end with Landau and Anna was not cool.

  • TyraRay

I honestly like them all! :)
Though Poplyfe kinda sucked it last night. Eitherway, they are all great but I’m very upset West Springfield Dance team is gone…not surprised…but upset. I loved them and found them the most entertaining, predictable or not.

  • Sq

Should have gone for a surprise 5 way finish and kept both Landon Swank and Poplyfe… Neither will win but folks would have loved to see what LS could come up with next.

  • tomr

Will not watch next week as only the pimped are left. Wonder if Piers had his ears checked yet after saying that Lys was so good on Tuesday. At least the voters heard how very bad she was. Really don’t care who wins but would like it not to be iLuminate since any mistakes they have made were never pointed out by the judges.

  • jonnyk

I will buy a ticket for iLuminate if they have a Vegas show. It’s a contemporary, creative and fun show that all family can enjoy together. As to Landau, it’s not fair that he gets more votes/popularity when he imitates Frank Sinatra as much as possible while most of artists get scrutinized for their lack of creativity in music. Just saying.

I don’t understand why the Silhouettes would be considered as pandering, yet the West Springfield Dance Team would not. WSDT were pandering to the fans of the ghoul/vampire genre. Both groups were polar opposites, but both seemed to be pandering to their particular audiences to me. Isn’t that what all the contestants do? They have to motivate fans of each genre to pick up the phone and vote.

Please God Silhouettes doesn’t end up winning this. I really hate emotional manipulation – and that’s all they do…..overplaying their hand each time. Not really thrilled with anyone in the final four, to be honest. Bring back Michael Grimm and Prince Poppycock!

  • davey25

but both seemed to be pandering to their particular audiences to me. Isn’t that what all the contestants do?

Well yes, everyone basically does play to a certain audience. The difference with Silhouettes is they take advantage of the two trump cards — patriotism and sob stories. People are more likely to feel bad about not voting for a group of children with varying conditions who love America as opposed to …ya know…a group of ghoul students who enjoy being creepy.

Best example of patriotism card I can think of: Kristy Lee Cook from Idol Season 7. First two weeks of finals, bottom two. Sings “God Bless the USA” and instantly safe.
