Adam Lambert stopped by VH1 Morning Buzz this morning to announce that he would be performing a Madonna song on the big VH1 Divas special, premiering Sunday December 16.

Adam let slip that he was “allegedly” chosen by Madonna‘s camp to cover one of her songs for the show. Hm. I wonder which one? Adam said we would have to tune in on Sunday to find out!

    So darn true.  These award shows have become so cheapened in impact because of their ubiquity – along with so many of the same performers getting awards.

    LOL I know I’m going to be redundant but OMG how awesome was that? Can he be any more precious?  I love the dynamic they have together. Her last question was so cute how she slipped that in there and his reaction to it. It was perfect. The whole thing was perfect. Well except perhaps Adam describing his glamberts as cougars….many do fit the description but it has such a negative connotation now a days… oh well.

     I soagree with seashellz. Adam does need a music variety show. It could be called People Who Can Actually Sing Live, or something to that effect. The rule would be no lip syncing allowed. I would be a loyal watcher.

     I love the idea of a musical variety show but how many entertainers are out there who can really sing live these days. It couldn’t be a weekly show he would run out of guests to quickly. Unless we just call it the Adam show and once a month he has a guest and the rest of the time it’s just him. LOL

    That would be wonderful if Adam could have his own variety show, with no competition, Performance art should not be about competition anyway, it should be about entertaining people and communicating a story.
