I’m giving away 10 pairs of tickets to the Adam Lambert concert at the iHeartRadio theater in New York City tomorrow.

Doors are at 4 pm. Concert is at 5 pm.

To enter the contest, either send a tweet to @mjsbigblog with the hashtag #adamticketmj or send me an email at mjsbigblog at gmail dot com with Adam Tickets in the subject line.

The venue is an intimate 200 seater–a great place to see a concert.

    the hash tag is seriously #madamticketsmj ???? is that supposed to NOT be offensive considering that’s what people who are bashing Adam call him as a veiled homophobic reference?

    You’ve never typed in a letter too early when you’re typing fast? It’s not about hitting a neighbor key by accident, it’s about your fingers hitting the marks they were planning on hitting but not necessarily in the order that was intended.

    I almost didn’t edit out of my typos because they would’ve been a shining example of what I’m trying to say.

    Bottom line: MJ‘s gone out of her way over the years to be even handed and non-discriminatory. I’d go as far as saying she’s been outright supportive of the LGBT pursuit of equal civil rights in the context of the topics she covers on this blog. She’s s done NOTHING to deserve the kneejerk accusations of homophobia or even the back-handed implications she was trying to start something here. Common sense should’ve trumped paranoia here.

    No biggie – everybody mis-types and sometimes it’s embarrassing. (I really hate how auto-correct routinely replaces “song” with “dong”)

    I am also appreciative of the addition of the “edited by a moderator” function. Some of the comments lately have made me cranky and it’s been a bit too tempting to mix it up.

    For the record, since I’m the one who initially brought it up..I never called Mj homophobic.  I simply inquired about the hashtag.

    MJ,  I wasn’t calling you a homophobe.  I was calling you a Worster. ;) Kidding. I wasn’t calling you anything.  Anyone who spends time at VFTW *raises hand* knows that Madam is their “pet” name for Adam.  I’m glad you fixed the typo so quickly.

    I know first hand MJ is not homophobic. Cmon people lol. Do you think she would be giving tickets AWAY if she hated gays lol. I saw someone use the F*G bomb on here in a post, and she deleted it when I said something about it. She doesn’t play that. Thanks for all the great coverage of Adam on this site MJ!
