Too bad it’s not televised, Adam is one person I would actually watch on tv; otherwise on NY I am half asleep, tipsy, busy partying,’distracted’, totally asleep.

A bunch of peeps including me posted on the gridlock site and anywhere else we could (including mj’s of course) that a pay per view concert could be a win for red cross-the charity for nye and the sponsors. I thought about leaving a phone message of Adam singing “is anybody listening?” sort of like a ring tone. Let’s hope someone was!

wand3rful, i highly doubt with Adam headlining this concert, it will be lame this year, whatever it may have been in the past. I feel quite sure that the people there will be having a helluva good time. Wish I could join them!!

im sure fans will take videos and upload to youtube, similar to the what happened at the idol concerts over the summer. depending on stage setup, you might get better picture/sound quality.

why the heck would this lame concert get televised?? sorry, it has nothing to do with the performers (past or present), but being a LA native, this is NOT a desired destination for NYE. never has been. its mostly for the inland empire crowd (aka bridge and tunnel) or recent transplants , not an event for westsiders, hollywood or industry peeps. i cant think of one person that i know who has gone to this event, or even talked about it. thats what really sucks about our town, there isnt much going on during the holidays. NYE is pretty lame, and most people head over to Rio, Paris, NY, vegas or the mountains (mammoth, tahoe, utah or colorado). Or they do house parties, always the best place to be anyway. these NYE ticketed events tend to suck, its the same at halloween. as an adam fan, save your pennies for his upcoming tour, which im sure will rock.

For what it’s worth I’ll be there and will be tweeting! I don’t have a camera on my Blackberry but I “may” get a new phone before then with pic capability. Not a video but better than nothing. I hope the show is broadcast on TV – I’ll once again go into Adam mode and won’t remember a thing after it’s over. My Twitter name is thefilmqueen.

Im glad it might be televised but i hope it’s a rumor that it’s not going to be on a major network. Katy Perry’s was broacast on NBC last year, at the same gridlock event.

I believe they just broadcast one song of Katy’s on NBC, at least that’s what people have posted here.

Adam is a fierce soul. He did it his way on SYTYCD and even got in a back snuggle with his guitarist.

I am a comcast suscriber and I am so thrilled his NYE show might be televised.

When I saw him live on the Idols tour I knew he was the real deal. I look forward to years of exciting performances and his great success.
