Remember the fan in the blue bra that streaked the Adam Lambert American Idol homecoming at Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego back in 2009? That girl made quite a splash during the Season 9 Top 3 homecoming celebration:
Welp, over 4 years later, the streaker, Katelyn Greathouse, made a return appearance when Adam performed in the San Diego area Tuesday night at the Del Mar Country Fair.
You’ll see her at about the 1:20 mark in the video below, during his performance of “For Your Entertainment.” After she runs by, he grins and says, “That was cool! She didn’t take her top off this time,” which indicates that he may have recognized her.
Adam may have been tipped off to the prank, though, as Katelyn openly plotted her return engagement on Instagram.

On the 4th anniversary of Adam’s homecoming, Katelyn uploaded some photos of the original incident, revealing that she “got suspended for the week then put on this homeschooling thing for the rest of the year so I wouldn’t cause distractions hahah tmz wanted to interview me but the school said no and kept me in the office.”
So, I bet Katelyn carefully plotted this prank, fully intending to contact the media afterward. Once an attention whore, always an attention whore. I guess TMZ wasn’t interested.
It’s still pretty funny, though.
