I have never understood why ROF is daring. It’s a country song with middle eastern/ambient arrangement. And it’s a damn good arrangement. I think it’s even better remixed. I don’t get what was so controversial about that. Nobody listens to Buddha Bar?

MTE. I mean, Johnny Cash had freakin’ mariachi horns on his version, which, I believe, is not exactly traditional country. It’s just so strange to me that Adam’s version was that controversial.

We just have mix104.1, KISS 108 FM, and The River in Boston for HAC/CHR, and since they do not seem to like Adam (actually, KISS 108 actively hates on him), I am now listening to NY radio, even tho they talk about the Jets.

I can’t keep up w/ all of his appearances now (I AM NOT COMPLAINING). I am trying to set my DVR accordingly. I really hope all these appearances give his album a bump and increase airplay. I really want WWFM to crack Top 10. Maybe that’s a pipe dream?

I am already sad about S9 of Idol. Where will all the Adam coverage go?

Lyndsey Parker loves Dilana. She is tres cool. I hope her solo album does well. I had never heard of the program’“didn’t know Lukas won (small world)’“but she gave me a link to Yahoo music where the band plays and talks about Lukas and is just like a beaming kid. Very cool. I thanked Lyndsey for introducing me to Justin Hawkins and The Darkness (well, Adam did, but she expanded upon it), Muse, and RockstarSupernova.

suebrody, you never heard of the Rock Star series? Sadly, it only aired for 2 seasons but it was way better than Idol. It’s just too bad it never got the ratings it deserved and that more of the competitors didn’t get better known from it. I liked the first edition, Rock Star: INXS more than the follow-up, Rock Star: Supernova but both had some great vocalists. The House Band rocked on both seasons.

anyone watch 20/20 tonite? they promoted a couple of ppl on barbara walters most fascinating ppl special..and adam was definitely promoted the most.
